My family has steadily shifted to raw vegan & healthier lifestyle 3 years ago. I was 70% raw for a year, 90-98 % for another year. With lots of struggles and hardship, I've finally managed to stay all-raw for a year. Both of my children are eating 100% living foods for over 2 years. My husband, Peter, is about 50-60% raw. We do love our 50~100g of Sea Vegetables & 3~4 litres of Green Smoothies everyday.
So what do we eat?
Basically all Raw & Living fruits, green leaves, seaweeds, vegetables, nuts & seeds. In fact, now we're eating at least 10 times more varieties of food & 100's more new tasty Raw dishes then ever.
