Quality of Our Products

  All of the food items we sell are raw & wild or grown using organic methods, it's just that because we are not certified (costs a lot of money!) we can't sell most things as labeling organic, so we have to call it "100% Nature". So do our *Wild* food products are harvested from wild plants, which are more nutritious, total free from artificial chemicals & superior than cultivated organic plants.

Environmental Issue

 Our company try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

• Most the paper we use is recycled. 
• We reuse most of packaging materials, e.g. boxes & bubble wrap for packing.
• The new batch of plastic packages are bio-degradable.       
  

PAYMENT

  All our price listed are in GBP (pound sterlings). In order to keep our affordable price low (up to 60% saving), we have to compromise on our on-line payment system (paypal only)  & postage cost. So when placing your order, simply click the "Add to Cart" bottons, then paypal will work out the total price to pay. PayPal is our only accepted method of payment (gandjlivingorganic@yahoo.com). We do not accept payment by cheque, postal order or cash in the post, however would accept cash on delivery for local postcode RG1-RG4).

You will receive an e-mail notification to confirm that we have received your payment and that your order has entered our dispatch process. This e-mail may take several hours to arrive. Contact Us for the updated pricelist of ALL our products, special discount for larger quanity and also for wholesale price.

DELIVERY

UK Delivery

  Free P&P for local delivery (RG1-RG4) on order over £35. For all other areas in mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Highlands and Islands), FREE P&P on order over £90. We offer same P&P of £4.50 for any order under £90. Goods will be either sent by Royal Mail or by DHL, noramlly take upto 3 working days. If a courier is used, you will need to sign for delivery. We aim to get your order dispatched within 2 working days after payment is cleared, however delivery time cannot be gauranteed and please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Overseas delivery

  Parcels up to 2kg will be sent by standard mail, parcels weight more than 2kg will be sent by courier and should take 3~5 days within European Unions and 5 or more days to the rest of the world.

  Delivery of bulky items can sometimes be delayed, and you should also expect slightly delayed delivery times if you place your order close to peak periods such as Christmas and Easter.

For guaranteed next day delivery by 1:00pm, please state "Special Delivery" and be prepared to pay more postage for this service.

Please note - if you're lucky enough to live in the Channel Isles, you'll unfortunately have to pay for the privilege. Postage to the Channel Isles is charged at the same rate as for international deliveries.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  We are happy to refund your money if you change your mind. Just return your item unopened, in its original and resalable condition - we must receive it within 7 working days from the day the order is received. We'll refund the sale price of your item, not including postage, which is non-refundable. Your refund will be issued via PayPal, to the same e-mail address you used for your original payment.
