Note: All our sea vegetables are suitable to consume at their natural raw state after re-dehydration. Soaking time very between 1/2 hour upto 24 hours, also depends on variety and personal taste. Basically, the longer you soak the seaweed, the tender they become. Do bear in mind that little amount of nutrients would releast into soaking water. We use the soaking water for our garden, you will amaze how well & health your plants turn out. The kombu & sea spaghetti soaking water are just so delicious, we use in recipes. 

 

Sea Coral Salad

 

20g       Coral sea veg

10g       Spirlina seaweed

1           Red onion

1           Cucumber

1 tbsp   Miso

½          Lemon (juiced)

2           Dates (soaked)

 

Live Vegan Pesto

 

1 cup           Basils

2 cups         Spinach

1 tbsp          Lemon juice  

1 cup           E.V. Olive Oil

3 cloves      Garlic

2 spoons     Kelp powder

 

Live Kim-Chi (Vegan)

 

1 Chinese Leaf

1 Onion

500g Carrots

100g Ginger

5 cloves Garlic

2 tbsp Gary Sea Salt

2 tbsp Paprika

2 tbsp Chill power

1 cup Filtered or Seaweed Water

 

 

Stir un-fried Cauli-Rice

 

1             Cauliflower

1             Carrot

½ cup     Peas (fresh from pods)

1 cup      Black Jelly Mushroom

2             Spring Onion

1 tbsp     Coriander

1 clove   Garlic

2 tbsp     Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)

1 tsp        White pepper corns

1 tsp         Himalaya Pink Salt  

 

 

Note: I often dry my bread & biscuit by placing them in a baking tray or stir-fried screen & over hanging above my radiators (winter solution), sun & wind dried in summer.

If you are lucky enough to own a dehydrator, dry at 40C or 110F. 

 

Onion Bread

 

·         2 cups --- Sunflower Seeds --- Soak overnight then drain

·        3 --- White Onion --- Remote skin & roughly chop

·        3 --- Carrots --- Juiced & use only pul

·         5 --- Dried Dates --- soak & drain (0r fresh dates)

 

  • 1/2 cup --- Lin seeds --- Grounded

  • 2 tsp --- Himalayan salt

  • 1/2 cup --- Kombu/kelp powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp --- fennel seeds (optional)

  • 12 halfs --- Sun Dried Tomatoes --- diced

  • 3 --- Red Onion --- Remote skin & finely diced

         Japaness Kombu (aka Kelp) …..50 g

         Pure Water…3 cups

         Avacado….1 small

         Chilli (optional) … 1 small

         Mushroom (Shitaki)….½ cup

         Moli (or any Radish) …½ cup

         Spring Onion    …2’s

 

Sea Corals dress in Thai

 

         Coral Seaweeds …. 1 cup

         Courgettes ... 2’s

         Onions … 1’s

         Dates …5’s

         Dried Tamarind Pods - Soaked 5’s

         Ginger (grated)… 1 spoon

         Lemon Grass... 1’s

         Lime (juiced) …1’s

         Chilli (or Red Pepper) ... 1’s

 

Sun Fried Jelly Mushrooms

 

         Wild Jelly Mushrooms … 1 cup

         Botton Mushrooms … 2 cups

         Carrot … 1’s

         Basils ….  1 cup

         Pok Chai …  1 cup

         Garlic... 3’s

         Unfiltered EV Olive Oil. 3 spoons

         Himalayan Salt (option).. 1 pinch
