Snow Jelly Fruit Salad

 

         Snow Jelly Mushroom... 1 cup

         Orange Juice... 3 cups

         Dates ... 6’s

         Cherries (stoned) ... 1 cup

         Kiwis (sliced) ... 3’s

         Mangos (cubed)...  1’s

         Or any Seasonal Fruits... 2 cups

 

Tropical Chia Pudding

         Chia Seeds ... 1 cup

         Sesame Milk... 3 cups

         Peaches …  3’s

         Mango … 2’s

         Dates ... 5’s

 

Variation

  1. Durian (Dried) …. 100g
  2. Papaya 1 median

 

 

Note: I always dry my bread & biscuit by placing them in a baking tray or stir-fried screen & over hanging above my radiators (winter solution), sun & wind dried in summer.

If you are lucky enough to own a dehydrator, dry at 40C or 110F. 

 

Ginger Bread

 

  • 2 cups --- Almonds --- Soak then peel the skins

  • 1 cup --- Sunflower Seeds --- Soak overnight then drain

  • 1/2 cup --- Lin seeds --- Grounded

  • 1/2 cup --- carob powder

 

  • 100g --- Ginger --- Diced

  • 20 --- Dried Dates --- soak & drain (0r fresh dates)

  • 3 --- Apples --- remove cords

 

Combine all above ingredients in a food processor or through a masticate juicer. Then mix in the diced apples by hand.

·         3 --- Apples --- Diced

 

Spread on a baking sheet. Use biscuit cutter if desire.

Warm Air Dry for 6-9 hours.

Turn over half way.

Keep in a fridge when it’s done
